Help keep this vendor accurate.
The Achadinha Cheese Company is a family operated ranch led by Jim and Donna Pacheco along with their four children. The family tradition began 3 generations ago in Achadinha, Portugal and Vallejo, California, and the Pachecos settled in Petaluma in 1969. They milk Jersey and Holstein cows pastured on 230 acres, fed brewers grain and yeast from local breweries, with no hormones or pesticides used on the ranch. Cheese varies season to season with the cows' diet. They also raise beef cows, pigs, sheep, and chickens, offer ranch tours, and ship cheese direct from the ranch.
