About Adelle Foods
Adelle Foods is a BIPOC women-owned business founded in 2020, with origins in the agricultural village of Adelle in the Oromia region of Ethiopia. The family brought its distinctly spiced Oromo cooking to the Twin Cities, and currently sells kurayba cookies and hummus at farmer's markets in the Twin Cities area. Their Signature Hummus blends chickpeas, creamy tahini, garlic, lemon, extra virgin olive oil, and toasted cumin; the collection also includes Jalapeno and Green Olive hummus.
