Distillery and tasting room pouring small batch gin, batch made cocktails, amaro, and eau de vie from fruits grown in the region. Flagship gin is 'Through The Sages,' a West Coast gin with an herbal and citrus forward profile. Also offers a limited Pool-Side Strawberry Gin Cordial made by distilling a barrel aged Lompoc Brewing Ale, redistilled with fresh local herbs and black peppercorns, sweetened with Hood strawberry juice and cane sugar syrup.
