Alberta General Store makes "Unkol" Chuck's Brunswick Stew, a combination of boneless, skinless white meat chicken, potatoes, baby lima beans, shoe peg corn, and tomatoes, lightly seasoned with cayenne and black pepper. Low sugar, no added salt and gluten free. Made in a commercial kitchen inspected by the VA Dept. of Agriculture. Sold by appointment at the store and at Farmers Markets throughout Virginia, year round.
