We handcraft fresh Amazake in small batches in Los Angeles. We are the only Amazake speciality manufacturer in the U.S. Our mission is to provide this traditional Japanese super-drink to your table for your health and pleasure. Our Pure Amazake is simply made from Spring Water, Rice Koji and Organic Rice, non-pasteurized, vegan, with no sugar added. We also offer organic Dried Koji, Koji Spores (Tane Koji) from Bio'c, and Koji Seasonings.
