About Amber Waves Farm, Market & Cafe
Amber Waves is a nonprofit teaching farm with two locations: 367 Main Street, Amagansett, NY (Farm & Market, open daily 8-6p, kitchen 8-3p) and 64 Park Place, East Hampton, NY (East Hampton Farm Shop, open daily 8-3p, kitchen 8-2:30p). In 2025, they taught 10,200 children in their outdoor classroom, donated 94,000 servings of vegetables, and hosted 275,000 visitors for free farm exploration. Since 2009 they have graduated more than 65 new farmers from their farm apprenticeship program.
