We are a whole animal butchery, meaning we hand-cut and prepare our proteins right here at Arcadia Meat Market. All the animals we purchase are from Arizona and either free range and pasture raised, never receiving any antibiotics or growth hormones. We work with producers that care about our planet and the animals they raise, while practicing sustainable methods. We offer ALL cuts of beef, pork, chicken, and lamb. We also bring in Bison, Elk, Venison, Japanese A5 as well as Australian Wagyu from other trusted sources.
