Chester River Aronia, LLC is run by owners Molly and Roy Mears, growing organic aronia berries on a family farm on the Chester River in Kent County, Maryland. Certified organic by the USDA since September 2016, with no use of harmful toxic chemicals. First harvest was summer 2013; harvested almost 2000 pounds in 2019.
