Atwater's began as a small Baltimore bakery in 1999 and grew into shops offering handmade bread, soup, sandwiches, salad, cheese, coffee, Scottish pies, and jam. Bread is milled in-house from Small Valley Milling organic wheat at their Big Kitchen. Cheese is made from raw Ayrshire cow's milk sourced from Palmyra Farm, and their Big Kitchen Farm in Morrell Park grows produce using organic, permaculture-based practices.
