We operate a small batch wholesale bakery specializing in hand-crafted sourdough breads and pastries. Our breads are made with the freshest flour possible, stone-milled in house by our team of bakers, leavened without the use of commercial yeast, and baked in our wood fired oven. We source our grains directly from small family farms in Minnesota and the Upper Midwest.
