About Beeswax & Butter
Beeswax & Butter sources recipes from flavors available in their foodshed, prioritizing what can be grown locally and focusing on small producers using organic practices. All fruit and herbs are acquired at peak season, then dehydrated, frozen, and canned to last until the next season, with hundreds of pounds bought from neighbors. Weekly menus highlight what's currently available at market.
