About Belmont Butchery
Belmont Butchery was opened in 2006 by Tanya Cauthen, giving Richmonders a proper local butcher for the first time in over a generation. Since opening, she has promoted "nose-to-tail" eating. Her husband Henry Reidy acts as the in-house sommelier. The team follows her mantra: Better Ingredients — the right protein, the perfect cheese, the ideal wine or the accoutrements to cap off your recipe.
