About Bennion Beef
Bennion Beef breeds Japanese Wagyu bulls to Black Angus cows to produce Premium American Wagyu beef, also offering high-grade Angus beef. Winners of the 2023 Leopold Conservation Award for Utah for improving range vegetation to enhance habitat for sage grouse, wild turkeys, deer, and other wildlife. Cattle are bred, born, and live their entire lives on the Bennion Ranch, processed at local butchers, and dry aged at least two weeks. They deliver orders locally in Utah for free.
