We build a food forest that mimics natural ecosystems, paying attention to soil life and wildlife, and sequestering carbon. We also want to harvest lots of yummy food - nuts, fruits, mushrooms, eggs, herbs, corn, beans. Other products include rainbow eggs; forest-grown shiitake and oyster mushrooms; and wool batts and hand-spun yarn. Purebred Babydoll Southdown lambs and Shetland mixes expected in 2026.
