We started Big Lick Ice Cream Co. in 2011 with the intention to bring unique & exciting products to our local farmers market in Blacksburg, Virginia. We use local Virginia milk & cream, organic cane sugar, local fruit & herbs, and pure extracts to make a variety of flavors. We grow some of the fruit & herbs right here on our farm and source from local farmers when possible.
