About BJerky
What started out as a hobby sharing small-batch jerky with friends and family has grown into a full-blown adventure. Every strip is handcrafted by hand in our kitchen. Each cut of beef gets long soaks in custom marinades, followed by a slow-and-steady sauna in the dehydrator, producing bold flavors like The OG and Dragon's Breath.
