About B'Joni Farms
Our family has been learning and caring for bees since 2020. Our raw honey is made exclusively from the unique combinations of blossoms in the beautiful Lake Country region of Wisconsin, roughly 30 minutes outside of Milwaukee. Our honey is raw, never filtered, and never artificially heated. Raw mid-season honey is harvested in July with an exquisite floral flavor and very light color; a late summer blend is a reddish light amber with a hint of butterscotch and spice.
