Black Cat Farm~Table~Bistro opened in 2006, founded by Chef Eric Skokan and his wife Jill. Named after its original location on 13th street in Downtown Boulder, it served as an incubator for Front Range Cuisine. In Fall 2024 the Black Cat Bistro moved to their Farmstead. The farm sells meat, pelts, grain, and a few other things during the winter.
