We're a small family farm in Apex, North Carolina. Our bee journey started with a queen and a few frames of brood. By the following year, with careful splits and luck catching swarms, we had two dozen hives. We salvage local logs and cut our own lumber for our hives on our small sawmill. We've established hives near the Haw River and take hives outside of Asheville to catch the mountain flow.
