About Bluegrass Beef
High quality, dry aged, 100% grass-finished beef from cattle raised by our family on our farms in Kentucky. Cattle are never confined and never given growth hormones. Free of antibiotics and steroids. Humanely harvested in a local, USDA inspected processing facility, and dry aged a minimum of 14 days to promote tenderness and flavor. Sold frozen and vacuum sealed for freshness and convenience.
