Started in 2012 as a local South Downtown cafe, now operating as Buenos Dias Pupusas, a wholesale pupusa powerhouse and sister company of La Bodega. Pupusas are handmade corn tortillas stuffed with fillings like melted cheese, beans, and local seasoned meats or vegetables, griddled fresh, naturally Gluten-Free, and served with house-made curtido and salsa roja.
