Buji Brown Butter began as a happy accident in 2023 when browned butter left overnight separated into a two-tone layer of rich yellow and toasted brown milk solids. The founder turned that discovery into a ready-to-use solidified brown butter product, saving cooks the 40 to 60 minutes normally spent browning butter themselves.
