Burbage Meats is a third-generation butcher shop started in 1953 by W.A. Burbage Jr., later run by his son Marion Burbage until 2017, and reinvented by granddaughters Melissa Burbage and Felecia Burbage-Hodges. They sell nose-to-tail meats including beef, pork, rabbit, buffalo, quail, and eggs, plus smoked meats like nitrate-free bacon, andouille, and sausages, specialty items like liver pudding, chorizo, bratwurst, and boudin, and locally-sourced 'SC Certified' provisions such as sauces, spice rubs, and pickles.
