About C4 Farms
C4 Farms is a direct-to-consumer grass-fed beef operation started by Tommy and Jessica Casados and their four children. Since 2013 they have raised and distributed beef throughout northern and central New Mexico, and in 2021 opened an on-farm USDA-inspected slaughter and processing facility producing "Zia Beef Brand" beef under the New Mexico - Grown with Tradition program.
