About Cacao Itaca Craft Chocolate
Locally made chocolate of the rare Nacional Cacao variety sourced from our family farm in the Babahoyo River Valley, Ecuador. Hand made by us in Saint Paul, Minnesota. Our farm is completely organic and slave free, and includes a legal ecological reserve for wildlife including sloths, anteaters, and over 200 bird species.
