All of our products are handmade by our students in the university's creamery. The learning process begins at the dairy, where students milk and care for our herd consisting of both Holstein and Jersey cows, and continues through manufacturing, packaging, marketing, and selling our products. Gift boxes include exciting new products as well as traditional favorites.
