Canyon Chile makes green and red chile sauces using certified organic chile grown, harvested, and flame-roasted locally by Pueblo Seed & Food Company in Cortez, Colorado. Sauces are gluten-free, vegan, water-based, and blend Spanish Colonial and Pueblo Indian traditions of southern Colorado and northern New Mexico. Canyon Chile is a woman-owned LLC and member of Colorado Proud.
