Founded by friends Kevin and Gordon after searching Charlotte for the hottest wings, Carolina Hot Wings started as a wing pop-up and became a small-batch sauce maker. Their homemade recipe blends the "Big 3" Carolina BBQ traditions — Eastern vinegar, Western ketchup, and South Carolina mustard — with Carolina Reaper Peppers grown locally in Lincolnton, NC. Great on wings, BBQ, marinades, and dipping sauces.
