Carrisito Ranch is a 4th Generation Family Owned & Operated Cattle Ranch in the Santa Ysabel Valley. They offer grass-fed and grain-finished beef, pork, lamb, and goat, including butcher boxes, ground beef, brisket, picanha, snack sticks, and on-the-hoof half/whole animal reservations. Pickup is at their ranch location on Highway 79, Santa Ysabel CA, with monthly hours the second Friday and Saturday of each month, or by appointment. Boxes can also be picked up at the Julian Cider Mill.
