About Carter Country Meats
Carter Country Ranch is nestled in the western slope of the Big Horn Mountains, Wyoming. Our cattle live and feed on 40,000 acres, hydrated by twenty-seven natural springs, a mosaic of juniper, sagebrush, red dirt, and limestone cliffs. Our beef has been fat tested and is considered 350% more healthy than the average grain finished beef, with a 1.9:1 omega 6 to 3 ratio.
