About Casa Carmen Wines
Casa Carmen is a family-run winery and tasting room/tapas bar located on a historic property in the Brandywine Valley, Chester County, about 15 minutes from Longwood Gardens. Run by brothers Enrique and Felipe Pallares, they produce dry wines including 2025 Espumante and 2024 Gitano, plus two barrel-aged vermouths: The Sun Also Rises (white) and Tender is the Night (black), made with grapes, herbs, spices, and black walnuts from their farm.
