About Casa Carmen Wines
Casa Carmen Farm & Winery's tasting room and tapas bar at their home vineyards is located in the Brandywine Valley, about 15 minutes from Longwood Gardens, on a historic property in the rolling hills of Chester County. Brothers Enrique and Felipe Pallares make handcrafted dry wines and vermouths, including the white vermouth The Sun Also Rises and the barrel-aged black vermouth Tender is the Night, made with black walnuts from their farm.
