About Cedar Grove Cheese Inc
Cedar Grove Cheese makes specialty organic, artisan and traditional cheese with milk from over 35 Wisconsin cow, sheep, and goat farmers. In December 1993, they became the first in the country to assure customers their milk was produced without synthetic growth hormones. All cheeses are made without animal enzymes. They built a "Living Machine" greenhouse to naturally clean wastewater.
