About Chaseholm Cheese
Chaseholm Farm is a family-run dairy farm where Sarah Chase, the third generation of Chases to farm the land, farms with her brother Rory. They practice intensive grazing to support soil microbial life and plant root systems. They make farmstead cheeses, meats from their grass-fed cows, and raw milk available at the farm, plus heritage breed hogs. They host summer get-togethers focused on food, music and education, and offer a meat and dairy CSA (HolmGoods) at 10 locations throughout the Hudson Valley.
