About Chaseholm Farm
Chaseholm makes products that honor both the body and the farm as living organisms, including farmstead cheeses, meats from grass-fed cows, and raw milk available at the farm. Sarah is the third generation of Chase's to farm here, along with her brother Rory. Their farmstore also carries products from other Hudson Valley producers, and HolmGoods is a meat and dairy CSA offered in 10 locations throughout the Hudson Valley.
