About Chaseholm Farm Creamery
Chaseholm Farm Creamery makes small batch, artisanal cheese on the multi-generational Chaseholm Farm just outside Pine Plains, NY. One of only a handful of Farmstead outfits in New York producing cow's milk cheese from their farm's own herd, they are a grass-based dairy farm on a 350-acre patchwork of pastures, crop land, woods and waterways. Sarah Chase manages the grazing, farm lands and herd of Holsteins, Jerseys and Brown Swiss, while Rory turns that milk into Farmstead cheeses at the Creamery, guided by principles of sustainable agriculture.
