About Chicago Green Chile Company
Founded with the mission to bring the authentic taste of Pueblo green chile to Chicagoland. Founder Vinny grew up in Chicago and discovered Pueblo chile while visiting Pueblo, Colorado, then introduced it to pizza parlors and neighborhood markets around the Greater Chicagoland area. Today they offer Pueblo green chile and gourmet specialty green chile products through neighborhood grocers, farmer's markets and online, plus flame roasting green chiles.
