Chocolate Moonshine DC makes gourmet fudge cooked in small 50-pound batches in copper kettles, hand-stirred with maple wood paddles, using about 30% less sugar and premium cocoa beans. They also make Moonshine Bars in 39 flavors, made with French & Belgian chocolate, organic pure cane sugar, fresh cream, and handpainted with French cocoa butter, some infused with bourbon, whiskey, champagne, rum, or barrel-aged Irish whiskey. All chocolates are 100% gluten free. Custom orders and color-matching available for weddings and corporate events.
