About Chonghi Pizza
We make sort of Neapolitan pizza, a type with a lighter and fluffier crust. We say "sort of" because we stray a bit from the traditional Neapolitan standards. We are influenced by the mixed flavors we grew up with in Hawai'i and love playing with the amazing produce available from Pacific Northwest farms.
