Christiansen's Family Farm raises Beef, Pork and Lamb on their Utah family farm in Fairfield. Cattle are mostly grass fed with extra hay, alfalfa and barley. Berkshire pigs roam a 5 acre paddock. Lamb is raised in grassy mountains, pasture-raised and finished with barley. Meat is sold as whole and half animals, boxes, bundles and individual cuts, delivered monthly to drop locations or picked up at their home in Fairfield.
