Chuckwagon Nutcakes features hand-crafted artisan cakes with the finest ingredients from as many Texas sources as possible. The cakes are naturally gluten-free, egg-free and vegetable oil-free, densely packed with chocolate, dried fruit, nuts and chiles. Owner Sandi Wilson makes the cakes in a commercial kitchen with help from her husband, Charles Wilson, a former pro rodeo hand.
