Claybrook Farms Black Angus Beef is an all-natural product raised in Covington, TN on our farm. Our cattle roam freely and graze on Bermuda, Fescue, Red Clover and Orchard grass. We never use growth hormones. USDA inspected and aged for 21 days in a humidity and temperature controlled cooler where it naturally dry ages for added tenderness.
