About Clear Flour Bakery
Using simple ingredients - flour, water, salt and yeast - we scratch mix and hand shape long fermented doughs for stone hearth baking. All of our flour is unbleached and unbromated. Our freshly milled rye, whole wheat, and spelt flour is stone ground & locally sourced. No dough conditioners, preservatives or improvers of any kind are added. Our entire menu is made fresh daily by a highly skilled staff.
