About Clear Flour Bread
Since 1982, using simple ingredients—flour, water, salt and yeast—we scratch mix and hand shape long fermented doughs for stone hearth baking. All flour is unbleached and unbromated; freshly milled rye, whole wheat, and spelt is stone ground & locally sourced. No dough conditioners, preservatives or improvers. Entire menu made fresh daily.
