Located in the rolling meadows of Marathon County, Wisconsin, just east of Athens, this small family farm manages a small herd of A1 beta-casein free dairy cattle. Cows are 100% naturally grassfed (no certification), grazing green pasture in season and quality grass hay through winter, with all feed biodynamic. No antibiotics or synthetic hormones are used; cattle are cared for humanely with access to outdoors and shelter.
