About Cochon Butcher
We make all of the meat that goes onto our sandwiches, bringing house-made to the next level. Five full-time butchers make all of the cured meats, sausages and fresh cuts served on the menu and for Link Restaurant Group sister restaurants — over 2000 pounds of meats and sausages butchered, crafted, smoked and cured in-house weekly. Butcher also offers house-made pickles, jellies, jams, mustards, and sauces.
