About CommuniTea Kombucha
CommuniTea Kombucha is Seattle’s original kombucha brewery, founded in 2008 and rooted in traditional, small-batch fermentation. We brew with organic sugar and biodynamic green tea, allowing natural carbonation to create a smooth kombucha with a gentle, cider-like tang. Our kombucha is unfiltered and thoughtfully produced; like all traditionally fermented kombucha, it contains trace natural alcohol. Empty bottles can be returned for a $2–$5 deposit refund to support our zero-waste system. Brewing kits and SCOBYs are also available at all farmers markets!
