About Cook's Orchard
Cook's Orchard started as a hobby with the planting of 75 apple trees and has been family owned and operated since 1977. Peach and pear trees were added each year, and several hundred trees of a wide variety of apples populate the orchard today. The salesroom opened in 1987, allowing customers to u-pick apples and Asian pears or choose from already picked apples and peaches. Cook's uses both traditional and new farming practices and sells classic and new apple varieties, including Honeycrisp. Farm tours can be scheduled for school, church, seniors, or day care groups.
