Two young entrepreneurs own and run this small cheese business together, located on the family dairy farm in Troy, ME. They make a variety of artisan farmstead cheese, all locally made and locally sourced in small batches, with 4 different types of cheeses in a variety of flavors, plus bottled milk. Only milk from their own dairy herd of 20 Registered Jerseys is used. Swing by the self-serve farm stand open daily, or the Bangor Farmers Market on Sunday.
