About Deacon Giles Distillery
We didn't set out to make every spirit. We set out to make every spirit we make exceptional. Our creative process involves reverence for tradition, with a shot of irreverence for good measure. The result, found somewhere near the intersection of art and science, is Damn Righteous Spirits. Tours and tastings are offered with the Founders on most Saturdays from mid-September through October, and the in-house Speakeasy Lab + Island Lounge cocktail bar is a destination unto itself.
